Poor service of Airtel

On 31.08.09, I buy a new Postpaid connection from Amrit aircon, (AIRTEL OUTLET), Dilshad colony, Delhi (Vipin Gupta).

On 28.09.09 my phone is being disconnected due to Address Proof. I submitted Address proof on 28.09.09 at Amrit Aircon.

On 29.09.09 my phone start working OK.

BUT Again on 06.10.09, my phone is being discconted due the same problem. I went to Amrit and ask for the same, they told me that they misplace the address proof. (THIS IS VERY RIDICULAOS AND CARELESS WORKING)

I'll again Give my Address proof to amrit aircon on 06.10.09. NOW they are not able to send the mail because they are not trained they do not SCAN the paper properly.

Please feel the urgency of the matter as I could not work without my phone.

Please any body can help me out.

These Amrit Aircon People are not very good to face they very unskill person. My suggestion is that pl. give training for customer dealing and use of equipment.
