I am with No. 9996184992 from more than 5 months. I august
I have received SMS automated calls from Airtel, “recharge with Rs 69 to retain your life time validity services”.
Immediately I have recharged with Rs502 on 21/08/09 2:37pm and activated my GPRS service but calls & SMS were not abandoned.
Than recharged with Rs.70 on 25/08/09
Again calls & SMS were not abandoned.
Called to customer care talked with some Prabjot, he said don’t worry avoid them you have already recharge with Rs. 572
After few days I SIM registration was failed
I talked to Customer Care team leader, some girl said we are sorry for the wrong information provided by prabjot but we can’t help you at all.
I contacted nearer Airtel shop and after a huge struggle of 5 days got my services bak.
Than I have recharged with Rs333 on 28/09, TransID 145643296
But again I got SIM registration is failed, I contacted to customer care thy said “information here says you SIM is to be stopped on 6, oct, and we can’t help you in this we are sorry”.
This time I am fed up with Airtel, please provide the solution.
