Non topping up of Recharge vouchers

Yesterday I launched a complaint regarding the topping up of Tamil Nadu Air Tel Mobile from Kerala. I obtained a pin No from oxygen (from net work) for this no. But I cannot recharge the voucher to the Mobile No: 9994283088 from Kerala. No positive information is received from your local customer care regarding the recharging of the vouchers. If BSNL cistomers this type of difficult is not avilable and they can recharge their recharge vouchers any of the contry at any time. Kindly intimte the facility for recharging such type of vouchers
