Not satisfied in solving consumers problems

I m having my savings account no 0000002308186000 (43298) in allahabad bank shahjahanpur, govindganj branch my account is showing Rs5000/- less amount i told the officers about this matter on 5/5 but till date 17/5 my problem is as it was due to which i m not satisfied with officers
