Sir,

I'd like to inform you that I'm a resident of Jamshedpur and gave my father a Cheque of amount Rs. 40000/- for his treatment purpose. He deposited that cheque on 11th April in Allahabad Bank Konnagar, Dist-Hooghly, West Bengal Branch. The amount was debited from my account on 25th April but my father still hasn't received that amount.

He is an old, sick person of 75 years of age and has been continuousy harassing by the Bank Manager. The Manager is not at all interested to solve it. Is this the way you serve your customers? Due to your problem, he is now in intense tension and his treatment has also affected.
