Claim not received

Hi,

I have submitted my claim form at Bangalore PF office on 17th September by my company and got the acknowledgement from the dept... but i have not received the claim from dept yet... again after long time i have approached with dept at bangalore in the month of August and asked us to re-submit the claim form freshly, even i did the same in the month of October and submitted to dept personally... even till today there was no status updated online by the dept... and claim amount yet to credit my bank account.

I request you to expedite the process of my PF claim delayed such a long time with dept and try to settle the claim ASAP...
