Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of G- Block, Bhagwati Garden Extn, Vishnu Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 59 and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on in our locality which has made the life of the residents miserable. Mr. Atri r/o G-Block, Next to attar singh diary, Bhagwati Garden Extn, Vishnu Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 59, is presently doing unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address.
For your information he is doing illegal construction & violation of govt (MCD) Drain lines & law preservation, Local residents of this area have given several warnings to him to stop the unauthorized construction but he has ignored/neglected all such requests and warnings and has not stopped the illegal construction. He has inturn started the construction and destroy the out draining line constructed by MCD Dept. & Covering the road path area which already finalized by MCD authorities road map and made a proper and good cemented road.
We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.
From the aforesaid it is clear that Mr. Atri (Atri Property) is in a habit of violating the local bye laws and is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built on MCD Road and out drains lines.
