Perminant Driving license not received

Subject: Perminant driving license yet to receive.

Dear sir,

I am chandrasekhar panchagnula a current resident of Plot no.22/1, Flat No. G2, sriharinilayam, pragathi enclave, Hyderabad.

Sir, i got passed the final driving test and received the receipt of test passed on dated 04/07. My application no. AP028/17377/L and receipt No. RR01/1805. Upto now i didnt receive the final perminant driving license card.

I got the test passed at Kondapur RTA office. I made number of complaints to Kondapur office and Khairatabad head office also. I went personally number of times. They had given the DLFAP number 0281236809. But no use, still ididnt get my license. Kindly go through my application and do the favourable justice for me.
