I shifted my house hold items from Chennai to Mumbai on 1st February through Anupam Packers and Movers. They charged me Rs.9, 000 for transport charge. As per the rule the company has to unload household items in my house. But they unloaded in a private godown (warehouse) near my home. They also not informed me when the goods will be delivered.
At last they charged me extra for Godown charge and local transport charge to shift the items. Apart from that they damaged my Washing Machine, bureau Mirror (shelf), Herohonda two wheeler headlights. I asked to reimburse the damage. They promised through phone, finally they neglecting my phone calls to answer. The expected a letter mentioning the damages. That also I gave. But there is no response.
Kindly help me on this issue.
