Our Airtel Broadband connection No. (040) 40128440. Outlook express is not working. and the following error message is being generated :

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Anu Solar, Hyderabad', Server: '61.95.203.210', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure (SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Please suggest / send your technical person for the rectification immediately.
