Dear sir, I have made an online reservation on APSRTC from Bengalure to Ongole on 20-Sep for journey date 15-Oct; 9:15 PM; I have reserved 1 seat. Infact the transaction was failure and an amount of Rs 437 was deducted from my account. I have waited for 15 days to get my refund and nothing happend from APSRTC. ICICI bank has confirmed the transaction was successful and I need to get the money from APSRTC. The transaction ref no is: OB428506.
