Servive cancelled, but money not refunded in to account

Respected sir,

Due to telangana bandh the below mentioned bus was cancelled, but money not yet refund.

I have sent a mail to [email protected], and I have submitted a letter to station manager, mahatma gandhi bus station, hyderbad on 16.10.2011. No response.
