All of sudden am seeing that call charges has gone up, I really have no clue of it then I tried n number of times to contact customer care but was of no use. The customer care of Airtel is so sick that they put you on hold for nothing less than 5 minutes as if they have some other important work than customer to only hang your call at the end, and again waste you money as it is no more a toll free number. This happened to me many times before, they will not entertain your call if you have called them more than couple of times in a same day. I have been with Airtel for more than 3 years but its high time that I should move to other service providers. Airtel are you listening?
