The company is charging me Monthly Rs.2449 for blackberry services whereas I opted for advance rental plan of Rs 2499 for 6 months. They even closed the complaints couple of times without resolving it stating my complaints null and void. As per BB plans there is no monthly plan of Rs 2499. It took them 45 days to admit their mistake but yet no solution has been provided. I have called more than 20 times and mailed 10 times but not got any solution. Now i seek help from any available legal experts so that can seek compensation for my agony of 2 months.
