This has reference to my earlier complain on 07/06 regarding purchase of LG-C310 mobile which started giving trouble just after its purchase on 29/05 from SMART MOBILE CENTER (Shop No 206, Ashiana Hari Niwas, New Dal Bunglow Road Patna-800001). As this mobiles was repaired so many times (more than 5 to 8 times) by LG service centre during the warranty period to solve its mechanical problem during its warranty periods but they could not solved the problem permanently. At the last day of the warranty they finally changed the mother board of the mobile but problem could not be solved as on every day my this mobile started getting switched off after 8 to 9 hour.
When we went to LG service center at Patna again they refused to repair the mobile without repairing charge by showing their inability due to expiry of the warranty. I never got line over phone when I tried to contact branch head of the above service centre in this regard.
As currently my mobile is getting switched off after every 10 to 30 minutes and due to this it has became unusable. I am ready to fight against the LG corporation for the same as this mobile has been giving problem since very first day of its purchase and LG service center at Patna has made me fool till the expiry of the warranty period. Please provide me the solution in this regard.
As most of the persons not try of involve in this type of complain and fight because of time constraint which is encouraging the mobile company to sell unsatisfactory and unreasonable product.
