Charging of money for caller tune I never requested

Hi,

I am a journalist working for a national English daily based in Patna and my cell phone No is 9431879545. I never activated the BSNL Caller tunes. Still it was activated twice in a day on December 11 and charged Rs 12 and Rs 28.

I think this is another big scandal in the BSNL after 2 G Spedtrum Scam and the minister concerned Mr Kapil Sibbal must immediatley look into it before it is late.
