I am a subscriber to SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN INDIA, a monthly journal on science, distributed in India by the Living Media India Ltd. My subscription number is 1556373 and my subscription started in September 07. But, actually delivery of magazine started in November 07 after nearly dozen nasty emails from me. Now, from April 08 onwards, the company has re-started bad or delayed delivery. When I write e-mail reminders, I get meaninglessly polite innanities, always asking me to wait for two or three days. This go on for a month. April 08 issue was delivered on 2nd May 08 and May issue is yet to be delivered. Though the company may not be a cheat, it is utterly irresponsible in servicing the subscribers.
