Leakage from flat above

Hello! Sir,

I am a resident or Bipin Smruti Co.op Housing soc bldg # 01 ground flr. pratiksha nagar Mumbai. Its a ragistered society from MHADA. I am facing leakage problem from my above flat, since last one year. The residents staying in the flat above does not agree to do the leakage repair work. We have tried contacting him& told him about the leakage from his room He completely ignores all these notices. I am seriously worried about the structure getting weak. Its now impossible to sit in the bathroom because the leakage in the bathroom has increased a lot since last few days. Please help me on this matter.
