My Consumer No. is 2602181 for subscrption to THE TELEGRAPH AND ANANDABAZAR PATRIKA JOINT SUBSCRIPTION OFFER.After I have paid my renewal fee of Rs.852, on 13/06 I have recieved an text meassage from ABP PVT LTD. which says, " Ur subscription coupons have been delivered on 12-06-12 and rcvd by 'Sign'. For any query, pls call our helpline# 22129840. ABP". But I am yet to recieve any coupon from above and I have also communicated that to the above helpline. In response the helpline personnel said that the courrier couldn't find my address, strangely I have been recieving the subscription coupons through courrier since last 2 years in the very same address. I am also taken aback by the disperancy of their text message (mentioned above) and the response of the helpline personnel. Such situation is compelling me to make cash payment to vendor, even after paying ABP PVT LTD. once.
I urge the authority for immediate action and to stop the Non-sense in future.
