Dear sir,
I bought the toy for my son's b'day. I bought it on 13-may. To my shock, when I opened the box, the on/off switch for the helicopter was missing. I went back to the store and got a shocking response from store manager mr. Shashi that they are not responsible for the same and will not replace it. It was further shocking when I asked him that the grievance cell no and did not get the same.
I felt really cheated and did never expect such thing from a biz giant like this.
