I bought a swim-suite for my 4 year old daughter from Cherrin Jolly, one of the biggest kids-shops in Kochi, Kerala. I made sure that they would allow exchange in case the cloth didn't fit well before buying it. The very next day, i returned the cloth for a shorter size, with the bill and tag intact. The shop owner refused to take it back saying that this was the first sale of the day and i have to wait for an hr or so that the first sale is made.to top it all, he was very rude as if i was trying to return the item and get the cash back. I was only trying to exchange it for the right size. I felt very insulted and belittled. I have vowed not to go back to the shop and buy anything from there. Who would want to buy from a place which does not know how to respect customer..
