Complaint against neighbours

I have recently purchased a DDA flat in Ashok Vihar Phase-IV, Flat # 267 in Suvidha Appts. This is a second floor flat, inspite of several requests made to the occupant of first floor house no. 266, the owner of this property is not willing to remove his shed which is essentialy occupying our area. This gives a shabby look to the flat and causes hinderance for our linen drying.

Please approach this person and get these things sorted out according to the norms.
