I live in flat No 171, Pocket-D, Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110095. For quite some time now I am facing the the problem of seepage of dirty water (sewerage) from the toilet of flat No.172, above. So much so that the seepage has affected the roof of my toilet ans well as a wall of my bedroom. Foul smell has started emanating from tjhe qwet roof and the wall. All along I had been requesting the occupant of flat No. 172 to get the necessary repairs done and he was dilly dallying on one pretext or the other. He has now bluntly tiold me that he will not get the repairs done and that if I need the repairs done I should get the same done on my espenses. As per law, I suppose, he is required to maintain hid flat. Will the appropriate DDA/MCD/Police authorities please make the occupant of the said flat No. 172 carry out necessary repairs.
