We are frequently trying to access other network land lines and some time other company mobiles too it is not accessing not that network problem it is service problem we hear CHECK THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALLED where as with other network we could easily access it is with airtl to reliance (not accessing) and vodafone to reliance it is accessing
