Not working

I ordered a r/c helicoptor named quick thunder from homeshop18 and after its first flight it stopped working, the switch broke and the charge switch didnt work after that, all this happened just 1 hour after the delivery

please do a replacement or find a solution for it, i have my cousins birthday on the 16 of this month and i would like to gift him this
