I got a call from an ICICI agent named SUSHANTA of WEST BENGAL, SOUTH 24 PARGANAS dist. branch. After he tried to convince me about a medical insurance he started abusing me with uncomfortable words. On asking his employee id he said his ID is A96433.He called me from 911409740145 and later from his personal number 918972254849. On trying to lodge a complain in the baruipur branch of ICICI I didn't get any help. ABIR GHOSH (033) 32606737, 9836802898 was the contact number I got through website. Please take serious action against this fellow Sushanta. I want an strict action against this man. This man is using your company's name to abuse girls, which is creating a bad reputation for the company.
