Indian Oil Petrol pump - Medavakkam Near Kumaran Theatre - Started cheating

Medavakkam IOC near Kumaran theater (SRI AMMAN Agencies) has started the cheating business. I usually fill my petrol in that petrol pump.
But in the recently they started doing cheating in the pumps.

Usually I used to fill my tank once the reserve is hit and the amount would be Rs.1900 to 2100 (avg rs 75 per liter).
Now the petrol price is Rs. 70.5 per liter. When I filled the petrol yesterday (14 Dec) it came to Rs. 2315. which is a very high amount (even @77 per liter, I used to fill for 2200 only).

On reserve, around 33 liters I have filled though my tank capacity is 35 liter only. It's not possible. around 3-4 liters they are cheating for 30 liters of petrol.
