Passport not received yet

Hi sir/madam,

I am " krishna rao" and i applied passport in Dec 29th. police verification is also completed but i didnt get my passport yet..

When i checked the passport enquiry status it showing from past 3 months as "it is regret that due to unavoidence circumstances the despatch of passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"

please help me out...
