Not Yet Received Passport

I didnot receive passport

Dear Sir,

I have applied passport for my spouse and Police verification also done on 20-03 and report sent to Passport office at a same time after verification. But till now i have not received the Passport.

When checking the status on line still shows "Police Report has not been received".

Kindly help me to get the Passport as soon as possible
