Dear Sir,
I am already a domestic customer of BPCL (Bharat gas) since last year, and when I took the connection a year back, I was bound to take some supplementary items including gas stove, some other household commodities, which I took in order to have the LPG connection but now when I am adding additional cylinder to my existing LPG connection, I am again being asked to take some household items with the extended cylinder connection.
Kindly let me know the details the BPCL’s LPG sale policy which bounds the customer to take the supplementary items even when the connection is extended for addition cylinder
