Gas sylendor not delivered in our village

Dear sir,

we are the very hurushed from our BHARAT GAS AGENCY name RUPINDER GAS AGENCY,

we have many problem with our gas agency,

1st :- cylender not booked on phone calls,

2nd :- cylender not delived niether at home nor at our village.

3rd :- cylender diliverd at 2km distance from our village & not a time of dilivey not day of dilivery,

only for 1 cylender we want 2, 3 days hurshmant.

we ready for exra delivery charge pay to agency as he want.20rs 30rs 40rs 50rs.

but we dont want hurshmant. please resolve our problem.
