I had ordered for a product from www.Snapfish.com on 6th October 2010 and they have tie up with Blue dart courier services for delivery of their products. The order was picked up by blue dart on 9th October 2010 and now its 22nd October 2010 and i haven't received the delivery. This for the 2nd time I have ordered for the product from the said company and Blue dart personnel have updated their records with the comment "Consignee Premises closed". I have called up the local blue dart office and requested them for delivery but their response was very poor and rough. I told them that my residential premises are never closed and if no family member is present there are two servants who are always present. I had ordered the product for a special occasion and I have also paid a premium price for the delivery, but till now I haven't been delivered the product. Why have they given a false comment thet my premises were closed. In the last 1 week I have got my credit card, debit card and some other products some of which have been delivered by Blue dart itself and some by other courier services. If the service of the courier company is so poor why should we pay the premium price. My consignment No is 44033498736 and my contact number is 09937023665. Its a request to ask the respective courier company to deliver the product by tomorrow - 23/10/2010 and refund back the money I have paid for the service.
