Our telephone number is 918025436813, this is a office phone number having internet connectivity, our business mainly based on the internet connectivity, but the phone line connected that brings the internet is disconnected due to some technical issues, the BSNL people have not been able to resolve the issue due to negligence, they have sent us the bill for INR 971 for the telephone and data charges for which for the entire month the phone was dead and no internet also.
so we request you to consider this as the formal complaint and take suitable action against the resposible authorities.
