Hi i am neha shrivastava, i am a bsnl prepaid customer, my complaint is that i do not subscribe any caller tune or ring back tone on my no. A caller tune is automatically activated on my no. 9424456158 and my balance is deducted from my prepaid account. so please deactivate my caller tune and refund my balance
