I am ising BSNL Broadband since it has been launched in neyveli (approx 4years or above). all these years i am using unlimited plans. now also i'm in ul750 plan. till now i never experienced download speed of morethan 20 kb/sec. only yesterday when i visited my friend's houde i saw the download speed of about 250kb/sec. why i had been cheated like this? how can i get good download speed? how can i get compensation for this? my landline no is 04142253465.
