Non Receipt of Income Tax Refund

TDS deducted from my salary Rs.61500/- in Financial year 08. Return filed on 27-06 & claimed refund of Rs.18010/-. I have given a/c no. & bank details for e-refund of Tax. But till date no refund either in physical or ECS. I have gathered that refund was processed a long back, but till now no refund.
