Voter id not recived

This is complaint regarding voter id not received,

Sir I have applied for the Voter id of name:-Asma sultana address:-12-11-629/63 nawab mansion Ln nagar warasiguda secunderbad with application no:-07002802 online on 15/12 its already 4 months, what happen to it all are receiving voter id, except me, the status shows application is under verification,

is this the service given by the government of India for there Citizen, why i am Muslim thats the reason you are not issuing the voter id, I want you look into the matter and do needful,
