Y AXIS Cheated Rs56100/- showing FALSE Eligibility of mine under AUSTRALIA STNI PR Visa category last year November month.
step -I (THIS IS THE STAGE WHERE THEY CHEAT FIRST BY SHOWING GOOD CAREER/ ELIGIBILITY)
Calcutta jeevandeep office sales consultant DEVANGSHI DUTTA (who left immediately after my enrollment paid money) took all my qualification papers and work experience sand mailed to YAXIS HYDERABAD Office for"EVALUATION" and gave me a report saying i can qualify under AUSTRALIA STNI PR..
Then Money was taken showing some discount...(after following up me for a week daily over fone when i was not paying..that rule will change gv money gv money) then after that agreement was signed which basically says everything in fav of 'yaxis" made by their own legal team.
MY TOTAL LOSS IS MORETHAN 1LAC TILL DATE INCLUDING MY TIME AND LAWYER FEES ITS HUGE!!
BEAWARE OF YAXIS CHEATING FIRM FOR Overseas career!!! think
never pay money at first..like me this is the catch! you fail to qualify then they show up situational excuses and try avoiding you and cheat money!
step-II
PRISCILLA (Hyderabad y axis consultant for Australia specially called me to say collect the following)
-all work experience certificate from all prev employer i n their letter head (imagine how i ran for collecting them for last 3-4 organization and requesting HR... then also they said my boss has to vouch for roles & responsibility as per Australia rule)
- i spent almost 1 month to satisfy them... then Priscilla asked me to send all copies doing notary to them at HYDERABAD office for final checking..by their" internal team" who knows nothing about Australia... as it appeared now after VETASIS (SKILL ASSESSMENT BODY AUSTRALIA/MELBOURNE whom i paid 34000/- additionally which stated me i don't qualify as i have 2 year graduation" which Hyderabad office crosschecked..
imagine being immig consultant, they should hv seen this and told me at the beginning that, i didn't qualify..no
they wanted to eat my 56100/-, money actually... so knowing everything they went ahead...
i received " DISQUALIFIED" certificate from VETASIS by paying 34000/-! which they knew...
step-III
When i contacted Priscilla and asked why they made me pay forcibly this additional 34000/- when they did nothing?
she said i only confirmed them over mail to go ahead. i said what was the role of your internal team when you handle "AUSTRALIA PR " this is their knowledge? then how u are immig consultant?
also, note ALL RIUNNING AROUND FOR DOCUMENTS WAS DONE BY ME, ALL MY TIME WASTED... COLLECTING DOCUMENTS... THEN ALSO, SUDDENLY I RECEVD ONE MAIL FROM THEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER GIVING MONEY 34000/- THAT RULE HAS CHANGED and from 1st july new EOI will come and i don't qualify... i had asked why then u told me to pay money... u didn't know that the rule will change after 1 day? no answer was there., .. she said even if rule changes VETASIS Is needed for EXPRESSION OF INYTEREST PR new rule from 1st july...
I waited patiently... just to receive from VETASIS SKILL NASESSMENT Certificate that i don't qualify for STNI PR!
STEP-IV
There were series of mails for last 4 months requesting them to refund my money..which they never replied... initially
after a month a reply was there that my case is being reviewed... pl wait... after that again i followed up... no answer
i called upon Hyderabad office to talk to concerned, phone was disconnected, 2nd attempt phone was put on hold...
then when i called up again i was made to s;peak one lady who said she never received the filled up form for refund! then i said if so when i had sent you the form why it was told that it was under process?
also why you have coughed up my 56100/- for 9 months in addition to 34000/- vetasis payment plus courier charge to Melbourne for all my papers..what was YAXIS ROLE?
EVERYTHING WAS DONE BY ME AND BY DOING NOTHING THEY ARE CHEATING PUBLIC MONEY LIKJE THIS. THIS IS A MONEY EARNING RACKET THAT YAXIS IS DOING... BY KEEPING SOME SMART SPEAKING GIRLS WHO ARE FOOLING THE INDIANS AND in the dearth of job market they are p;laying smart by feeding local guys...
INDIA EXTERNAL AFFAITRS AND MINISTRYT MUST CHECK THE YAXIS and such mushrooming "OVERSEAS CAREER" Promising rackets firms operation and must stop this to save innocent people like me who's hard earned money is cheated like this!
