No concession in physically Handicapped

The Govt. of Odisha (Transport Department) has issued Bus Pass for Physically Handicapped persons for travailing Govt. & Private Bus. The city Bus in Bhubaneswar employee said that, there is no concession fair in physically handicapped people, whose have issued Bus pass in Orissa Govt. The bhunaneswar city bus is not a Govt. bus. It is private company, The Dream Team-Sahara (DTS) decided concession fair for physically handicapped. you have contact Dream Team-Sahara (DTS) office for concession fair & issue new concession pass in DTS. Office, in Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar. Sir, physically Handicapped persons are suffering the travel.
