Delay in paassport

I have applied for passport since November at Aligarh office. Yet i have not received my passport after several inquiries done. I have approached passport office at Ghaziabad 15th Jun and was told by passport officer that the passport will be dispatched in 20 days. Again i visited office on 10 Jul but now passport officer is saying that passport is done cannot say the delivery date.

My name as per form filled is MUKESH KUMAR but on status it is showing MUKESH KUAR.

Please correct my name and dispatcher the passport on priority.

The following status is not changed since 5 march.
