My name is megha goyal and my father is living in j-72, gali no-9 kartar nagar delhi -110053 from last 40yrs and birthplace is also this place. and i have applied the domocile certificate on 22/6. and today is 4/12/'2010. but i do'nt recieve the certificate and when go to the sdm office and meet with sdm then he said do't worry pls splve my problem i think that the all gov't employees or officers does not working properly so pls solve this domocile problem and the inquiry is on 11/7.
