Driving license from Andheri R.T.O
Driving license not yet received

Dear sir,

I applied for duplicate licence (2 & 4 wheeler) at Andheri RTO on 24-April. I gave my photo-snap & the signature for e-card on 28-May. I was told that license will come directly to my resi. within 10-15 days.

Now 5 months passed, but not yet received the license. I repeatedly asked to my drv. school agent (BEST driving school, Dahisar-E), but they always say thet I will get the license at my house only. There is no tracking system for license.

Should I start driving without the license? Who should be held responsible, If I am caught?

I am suffering & struggling a lot.
