No Confirmation on driving slot after making the online payment

Hi,

I have booked a driving slot using the Online banking facility using the HDFC bank. I got an error page while redirecting from the Hdfc page to slot booking site. Money got deducted from my account and driving slot is not confirmed. I have mailed to transport support, but there in reply.

How I need to proceed to confirm my slot/ to get my money back.
