Non Delivery of parcel

I haven't received a parcel yet with tracking number EE686314107CN stuck at Delhi customs (REPUBLIC OF INDIA DELHI F PAR) since 25th Feb and today it's 11th March (15 days). I was told the delivery will be done within 15 days. I placed the order on 9th Feb and today it's exactly 31 days since I placed an online order and haven't got it yet.

What a shame..!!!
