PF amount not credited to the account

Sir,

I personally deposted my PF form on May 24th at Kukatpally PF office, hyderabad. When I called the PF office on July 20th, to to know the status of my PF form, they told that cheque was issued on 30th June. But till now amount was not credited to my given account no.

My PF code is AP/6A/c. No.17

Please solve the problem as early as possible.
