I got a call from a Expres IT courier boy with number 972413407 at 4pm to check if i am at home. I replied that i am returning back from office and ask him to come back at 5.30pm. He said no, he can't and he disconnected without even telling any further. I called him back at 6.15pm and check, where can i come to collect, for which he said office is closed, you will get call tomorrow and they will tell you. I called again next morning the same guy, and he replies, i am having leg pain and not going to office. you will get a call from courier office. after a while, i got a call from a landline 32512552 asking me if i am at home, i said, yes. the guy said he will come between 1-1.30pm, and did not turn up for the whole day. I waited, waited, and called him at 1.30pm, he disconnects the phone. i called him again at 5pm, and he said his guys are on the way and will come. till 8pm, nobody turns up nor they pickup the call at 32512552. Third day, i call the same number, again no response after 5 attempts. i call mobile number 972413407, and the guy says he will come today noon at 12.30pm.
God knows will he really make it as he spoke to me. He is not even mentioning from where courier has come, He does not reveal the name and address of his courier company and his manager name and mobile.
To all the future customers: BEWARE of this courier service and do not give one paisa business to this courier company. Here is wishing them "LONG AND UNPROSPEROUS BUSINESS CLOSURE & MAY YOU NOT WAKE UP ANY FURTHER".
