ILLEGAL ENCROACHMENT OF DDA FLAT

I Shiv Nandan Kumar Puri, aged 80 Years being the Senior Citizen Resident of Flat No -53, 2nd Floor, Pocket H-33, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi -110085 complained against the illegal encroachment by Flat No -51, 1st Floor, Pocket H-33, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi -110085 The front balcony of flat no 51 is covered and encroached from all sides which effects to my Security and safety. I and my wife aged 75 years are residing alone in this flat and anyone can easily enter in my house from the covered area of flat no 51.

We both are scared all the day because we are not secured and safe due to this encroachment.

I humbly request you to help me in this matter by demolishing of the illegal encroachment and covered area of Flat no 51.
