Sir,

Very humbly the Applicant inform you that he is the conecrned customer of G.P. Gas Agency, near bus station Faizabad U.P. his customer no. 19310. He made a gas booking to above noted Agency at his customer no. 19310 on dated 9-81 and its serial no.is 1936 for home delivery but the clynder gas is not delivered to the customer till date 30-8. So he is really facing cooking problem. So it is requested to give direction to the above noted Agency for the proper delievery of Gas.
