PAN Card not received

Dear Sur

I have applied for a PAN card online on 20-Oct online (Ack# - 881020107706911) and sent all relevant details through India Post. I am yet to receive PAN card.

While tracking it through "https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan/servlet/PanStatusTrack", I always get the status as "Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application."

Need your help in getting the PAN card as early as possible.
