To get the electricity of my nursing home repaired

Myself Dr. S.S Kadian from Charkhi Dadri. I known a Nursing Home here. From last 15 days I am complaining in the electricity deptt. of my city but no body is listening to it. In my nursing home many costly electrical appliances have been burnt and the damage has cost Rs.50000.When I contacted SDO (electricity) on dated 27/07 on his no. 9812452728 he said he is not having electrical wire in his department. Even X.En is not listening to the problem.

Now what should I do and where to register complaint against such people.
